AccuKraft offers custom military grade, lead free plastisol (PVC) coating, molding and light metal fabrication. Plastisol is a liquid form of vinyl that is cured by heat to form a solid product. AccuKraft’s basic process consist of pre-heat, dip and cure. Plastisol is very versatile, offering a multitude of application and processing possibilities. Properly cured (fused) plastisol can offer a wide variety of physical properties & attributes, all depending on the formulation.

Our coatings protect you from chemicals, corrosion, abrasion, electrical conductivity and the ability to resist impact damage or chipping.
